Christie says no
District of New Jersey U.S. Attorney Christopher Christie told the Associated Press that he won't run for the U.S. Senate in 2008 against 82 year oldFrank Lautenberg. Christie, who some consider to be the front runner for the GOP nomination for Governor in 2009, intends to continue as federal prosecutor for at least another year.If he wants to be Governor, its probably a good idea to stick with his current gig for a little while longer.
